Function Introduction
1) Control system: Through the combination of motion control modules, 3D industrial control touch screens, servo motors, optoelectronics, temperature control, etc., an intelligent control system is achieved. The operation is simple and intuitive, and our pursuit is for novice technicians to operate on the computer.
2) Traction: High power servo traction is used to feed the sheet, ensuring precise traction of the sheet length (thickness 0.1mm-1.5mm).
3) Structure: The three workstations of forming, punching, and stacking are all driven by well-known domestic brand servo motors, achieving independent operation of each workstation. The worktable is finely carved by imported five axis processing equipment, improving maneuverability and product stability.
4) Molding: The ultra long upper and lower heating boxes, intelligent temperature control, and positive and negative pressure molding structure of far-infrared ceramic heating bricks are used to ensure uniform heating of difficult and heat-resistant materials, thus ensuring uniform thickness and beautiful appearance of the product and enhancing market competitiveness.
5) Mold: Aluminum alloy (imported breathable aluminum) forming mold is CNC precision carved and milled, composed of positive and negative pressure, water circulation structure, to improve the forming speed and cooling speed; Punching molds can be made with metal knives or laser knives (depending on the product); The punching mold is made using a laser knife movable structure, which has the advantages of improving punching accuracy (within ± 0.2mm error), reducing mold costs, shortening mold making cycles, and simple and fast mold replacement.
6) Whole machine: The frame is welded from a steel box body and cast at the forming, punching, and cutting stations. The structure is firm, deformation free, and both the bracket and the box body are formed by pressure, with high density. The appearance adopts a sliding door design, which is beautiful, elegant, and easy to maintain.
